Partner organizer agreement

KheloBhai Partner Organizer Agreement (2026-10-27)

1. You create skill-based knockout tournaments on KheloBhai. Players pay entry from their wallet.
2. Your cut (profit) cannot exceed 20% of human-paid entries, or a lower cap set by admin.
3. Of that profit: 50% credits your wallet, 50% is company earnings (admin can change the split).
4. The rest of the collection is the champion prize. Prize is paid once, to the human champion.
5. Bot / test seats never count as paid entries for your share.
6. You cannot join a tournament you host.
7. Payouts use the same USDT (TRC20) withdraw flow as the player wallet. KYC and limits apply.
8. KheloBhai may suspend a partner for fraud, collusion, or unpaid player refunds.
9. This is a skill contest organizer role, not a gambling license.
