This Privacy Policy explains how Ludokhelo Entertainment Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the Khelo Bhai mobile application and website at https://khelobhai.club (together, the “Platform”).

By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• Account registration and login (phone number + PIN)
• Skill-based games (Ludo, Chess, Checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, and related modes)
• In-app wallet, deposits, entry fees, winnings, and withdrawals
• Matchmaking, bots (where disclosed in-game), leaderboards, and friend features
• Rewarded advertisements (Google AdMob) and push notifications (Firebase)
• Customer support, KYC verification, and legal compliance

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & identity

• Mobile number and country code (required for account creation)
• 6-digit PIN (stored securely; we do not display your PIN in plain text)
• Display name, profile photo (optional), and internal user ID
• City / location fields if you provide them at signup (for compliance or delivery features)

2.2 KYC & payments

• When required for withdrawals or higher limits: government ID details, PAN, bank/UPI payout information, and verification documents
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction IDs, amounts (INR), timestamps, and payment gateway responses
• Wallet balance, entry-fee debits, winnings credits, and ledger history

2.3 Gameplay & platform use

• Match history, game mode, entry fee, results, and timestamps
• Matchmaking queue activity, bot-assisted matches (where enabled), and fair-play signals
• Friend requests, in-app messages, and leaderboard rankings
• Device type, OS version, app version, IP address, and crash/diagnostic logs

2.4 Advertising & notifications

• Google Advertising ID (AAID) and ad interaction data for AdMob (including rewarded ads)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for match alerts, promotions, and service messages

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and secure your account and authenticate API requests
• Operate skill-based games, matchmaking, wallets, and prize distribution
• Process deposits and withdrawals through licensed payment partners
• Perform KYC/AML checks as required by law and our policies
• Detect fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, and prohibited conduct
• Send service notifications and (where permitted) promotional messages
• Display advertisements to support a free/low-cost user experience
• Improve stability, security, and customer support
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations in India

4. Legal Basis (India)

We process personal data under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as applicable), based on:

• Active accounts: retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service
• Transaction & tax records: retained as required by applicable law (typically up to 8 years where mandated)
• Deleted accounts: personal data deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, server-side wallet authority, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your PIN and device.

8. Your Rights & Choices

• Access or correct profile information via the app or support
• Request account deletion (subject to legal retention for transactions/KYC)
• Opt out of non-essential promotional notifications
• Reset advertising ID / limit ad personalisation in device settings
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (may limit features such as withdrawals)

9. Children

The Platform is intended only for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us for deletion.

10. Cross-Border Processing

Primary servers and processing are in India. Some service providers (e.g. Google) may process data in other countries under their own policies and contractual safeguards.

11. Grievance Officer (India)

In accordance with applicable IT Rules, you may contact our Grievance Officer for privacy or data concerns:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, or as required by law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Version” and “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes may be notified in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. The app may require re-acceptance when the policy version changes at signup.
