Khelo Bhai — skill-based real-money gaming

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Khelo Bhai mobile application and website operated by Ludokhelo Entertainment Pvt Ltd at https://khelobhai.club (the “Platform”).

By creating an account, adding money, joining a match, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under Indian law.
• You must be a resident of India and use the Platform only where skill-based real-money games are permitted.
• You must not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable law, court order, or our policies.
• You confirm that you are registering for yourself and not on behalf of another person without authority.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Registration requires a valid Indian mobile number and a 6-digit PIN chosen by you.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your PIN or device unlock with others.
• One person may maintain only one active account unless we approve otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts with false, duplicate, or misleading information.

3. Nature of the Service — Skill-Based Games

Khelo Bhai offers skill-based games where outcomes depend predominantly on player skill, strategy, and decision-making (e.g. Ludo, Chess, Checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe in approved formats). The Platform is not a lottery, betting exchange, or game of chance operated by us.

• Entry fees and prize pools are displayed before you join a match.
• Platform commission or service charges may apply and are shown in match/preset details.
• Match results are determined by game rules and server-side validation.
• Practice modes, bots, or auto-fill opponents may be used when disclosed in the app to reduce wait time.

4. Wallet, Deposits & Entry Fees

• Your in-app wallet balance is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) for gameplay purposes.
• You may add money through approved payment methods and payment partners shown in the app.
• Entry fees are debited when you create or join a ranked match, as displayed on the matchmaking screen.
• Deposits may be subject to payment-gateway charges or platform service fees where disclosed at checkout.
• Failed or duplicate payments will be reviewed; valid duplicate charges may be reversed per our Refund Policy.
• Wallet balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest.

5. Winnings, Withdrawals & KYC

• Winnings from completed skill matches are credited to your wallet as per displayed prize rules.
• Withdrawals require successful identity verification (KYC) and valid payout details (bank/UPI as supported).
• We may set minimum/maximum withdrawal limits, cooling periods, and additional checks for fraud prevention.
• Taxes, TDS, or other statutory deductions may apply as per Indian law; you are responsible for your tax compliance.

6. Matchmaking, Cancellations & Refunds

• Public matchmaking queues have a maximum search duration (typically 90 seconds) shown in the app.
• If no opponent joins and the match is cancelled by the system within policy rules, entry fees may be refunded automatically.
• If you leave a waiting match or forfeit against policy, fees may not be refunded.
• Technical errors affecting fairness may be corrected or refunded at our discretion after investigation.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, emulators, scripts, or unauthorised third-party tools
• Collude with other players, use multiple accounts, or manipulate match outcomes
• Abuse bots, timeouts, or matchmaking to gain unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our servers

8. Responsible Gaming

Real-money gaming should be entertainment, not a source of income. You may request deposit/loss limits or self-exclusion by contacting support. We may restrict accounts showing harmful or compulsive patterns. See Responsible Gaming.

9. Advertisements & Promotions

• The app may show Google AdMob ads, including rewarded videos that grant in-app benefits as described in-app.
• Promotional offers, bonuses, and referral rewards are subject to separate rules shown at the time of the offer.
• We may modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice where permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, branding, graphics, and content are owned by or licensed to Ludokhelo Entertainment Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or specific winnings.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months before the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. You may request account closure via support. Upon termination, unused wallet balance may be handled per KYC, AML, and Refund/Withdrawal policies.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• We encourage you to contact support first for any dispute. See Grievance Redressal.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new version date. Material changes may be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
